Please, while using the app, try to not place multiple orders on the same day.
Save your order if you are not finished, and wait until you have ordered everything you need before you actually place the order.
When placing orders, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing multiple orders on the same day. We understand that sometimes you may forget to add an item or two to your order, but we encourage you to save your order and wait until you have everything you need before submitting it.
Placing multiple orders on the same day can result in confusion and potential errors in your order, which we want to avoid at all costs. Keeping all in one order also helps avoiding duplicate orders, and it also allows us to pick all your items all at once, reducing the chances of any items getting lost or delayed.
We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers, and your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
