**Upright –**
I am a shade loving clumping perennial with glossy lush evergreen foliage, gold-green backed with rusty red. My creamy-white fragrant flowers are followed by clusters of deep blue berries which are edible with a subtle ginger flavour. My seeds are loved by birds. I flower and fruit all year. My roots are also edible with a ginger flavour.

	Part to Full Shade (morning or filtered sun for 4-6 hours, to no direct sun)
	Height: 2m Width: 1.5m
	I need minimal water once established. Avoid overwatering
	Ornamental Berries
	I cope well in a range of well drained soils, including clay, loamy, sandy loam.
