I am Frosty Yellow Kangaroo Paw. My family originated from South Western Australia
Botanic Name: Anigozanthos rufus ‘Frosty Yellow’
I am Frosty Yellow Kangaroo Paw. My family originated from South Western Australia
| I am smaller growing Kangaroo Paw with spectacular bright yellow flowers on bright red stems which contrast magnificently against my blue-green foliage from spring through to autumn.
I naturally grow to a neatly tufted mound that works well with many garden styles. I enjoy free draining and sandy soils but perform well in most soils. While tolerant of dry conditions I will perform at my best with consistent moisture. I am just as happy as a container plant as I am planted out in the garden. As a cut flower I am long lived in a vase when being enjoyed indoors. |
