**Shrub/Herb – Large flowers**
I am an evergreen native shrub with fine linear bright green leaves and produce spectacular cylindrical orange to red flower cones up to 20cm tall and 8cm wide from spring to autumn. My dense habit provides excellent habitat for birds and makes me a good screening option. I enjoy well drained soils. I can be pruned to shape if required or cut back hard to regenerate. My flowers are rich in nectar attracting birds and beneficial insects alike.

	Full Sun to Part Shade (4+ hours of direct sun)
	Height: 3m Width: 2m (Can be kept trimmed to Height: 1m Width: 1m)

	Suitable for coastal planting, I prefer well drained clay loams or sandy soil
