I am Callistermon Western Glory. My family originated from South Eastern Australia

Botanic Name: Callistemon citrinus ‘Western Glory’

Bushy – Bird and bee attracting

I am an excellent flowering large native shrub and a great choice for informal hedging and screening.

My mauve-red bottlebrush flowers are abundant except during winter.

My flowers attract nectar feeding birds and insects.

With good natural form I can be left unpruned but can be maintained at a smaller size. A light prune after flowering at the start of winter will encourage flushes of growth.

I thrive in most soils and conditions and am a good choice for boggy conditions where many plants may struggle.
