Botanic Name: Chamelaucium uncinatum ‘Cha Cha’(PBR)

Shrub/Herb – Prolific pink blooms

Known as a ‘Wax Flower’ I am a stunning native shrub producing a profusion of glossy red buds during winter which open to delightful pink flowers with maroon centres during spring.

Happy in most free draining soils I enjoy a sunny aspect but tolerate lightly shaded locations.

I have a naturally dense from with fine needle like bright green foliage.

My blooms are long lived when cut making me very popular as a cut flower particularly as a filler in floral arrangements.

I am low maintenance but will benefit from a prune to shape after I finish flowering and an application of a native slow release fertiliser as the weather warms in spring.

I am drought tolerant once established and cope well with coastal conditions..
