**Ground Cover – Colourful Groundcover**
I have the brightest blue to purple-blue carpet of flowers throughout spring and summer. Each of my small blooms have contrasting pale centres. I have a dense spreading habit to about a metre across with a ground hugging habit to height of typically no more than 10cm but sometimes a bit taller to 20cm. I will perform at my best with a sunny aspect in a free draining soil but tolerate shade and clay loam soils. I am ideal in rockeries and flowing over retaining walls. I am a great choice for exposed locations. I combine well with other ground covers with a similar habit. I attract bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects. My dense habit sees me outcompete many weeds. I am a great Australian Native plant.
