I am Goodenia Little Goodie. My family originated from Eastern Australia
| I am a native compact shrub featuring lush green foliage that contrasts with my bright yellow flowers in autumn and spring.
I am a magnet for butterflies, bees and other beneficial insects. Adaptable and low maintenance I am perfect for low understory plantings, on embankments, and in native gardens and small spaces. I am tolerant of light frost and dry conditions, although during long dry periods I benefit from additional watering. Low maintenance I benefit from a light trim from time to time and a spring application of a slow release fertiliser for native plants. Mulching around my base will help retain moisture and suppress weeds. |
