I am Hebe Waireka. My family originated from New Zealand
| I am a variegated Hebe with an upright habit and purple flowers.
My foliage is glossy deep green with variegated cream edges. I bloom from spring through summer and well into autumn with brightly coloured blooms that open to a deep purple and fade to lighter shades. My blooms attract butterflies, bees and beneficial insects. My compact and upright habit lends me to low screening hedges. I perform well planted in pots and containers. Hardy I am a good choice for exposed locations and coastal conditions. |
