If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team on (03) 9708 2929 or alternatively email orders@phillipbaytrading.com.au within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. From there a decision will be made as to whether you are given a credit or sent a replacement item.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of no more than 10% per invoice total.

For first time customers of Phillip Bay Trading the minimum order value is $300. New customers will be placed on Proforma. Longer term customers can be put on Net 30 Day account on request.

Phillip Bay Trading accepts credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

All sales of ranges are only valid for the specified time frame. No exceptions will be made to extend the sale.

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Our team will endeavour to check with you before these items are sent out.

We do not ship international orders at this time.
