Bush Zest Kangaroo Paw 140MM

Anigozanthos x hybrid 'Rambozest'

I am Bush Zest Kangaroo Paw. My family originated from South Western Australia.

Habit Strappy - Bird attracting

Plant family Haemodoraceae

I am a low growing Kangaroo Paw with very bright yellow flowers on tough golden stems. I have a naturally bushy compact habit. Unique to Australia I have evolved to be pollinated by small birds for which I am a magnet. While tolerant of dry conditions I will perform at my best with consistent moisture. I find an annual feed with a quality slow release fertiliser beneficial. I am just as happy as a container plant as I am planted out in the garden.

I am popular and will make you happy because...

I am a unique Australian native, just as happy in large pots and containers as I am planted out in the garden

I produce masses of vibrant golden yellow flowers from late winter through summer. I am a great cut flower

My long lived blooms attract honey eaters and other small nectar feeding birds
