I am commonly known as a Strawflower. I am an Australian native daisy producing a mass of papery flowers in a range of bright colours for most of the year. The Mohave series is an improved form with a compact habit and more intense flower colours. Once established they are heat and drought tolerant and will tolerate light frosts. Suitable for garden beds, rockeries, containers, and great in hanging baskets.

Ideal light: Full SunI thrive in full sun but tolerate some shade

Suitable for coastal planting, I am happy in most soils but prefer soils that are well drained

Tips for success

Remove my spent blooms and give me a trim at the end of flowering to encourage good form and a compact habit

Suggested spacing: 0.4m apart.
