Cordyline Electric Flash® 180MM

Cordyline banksii 'Electric Flash®' Sprilecflash

I am Cordyline Electric Flash®. My family originated from Northern New Zealand.

Habit Strappy - Design Edge®

Plant family Aspagaceae

Part of the Design Edge® group of plants I provide an instant sculptural statement in the garden with upright strappy bright foliage. My chocolate and cream striped leaves provide a bright flash of colour against dark green backgrounds like hedges or in front of green shrubs. I am particularly low maintenance only needing occasional the removal of my spent leaves to keep me looking fresh and clean. Use me in the garden where a structural element is needed. I grow to about 1.2 metres in 3 years.

I am popular and will make you happy because...

My striking variegated strappy foliage provides an architectural element and great contrast

I am just as happy in large pots and containers as I am planted out in the garden

Low maintenance and rarely dropping my leaves I am a good choice for beside ponds and pools
