Correa Redex 140MM

Correa decumbens x reflexa 'Redex'

I am Correa Redex. My family originated from Coastal NSW.

Habit Shrub - Bird Attracting
Plant family Rutaceae
I am a compact Correa with small, glossy round leaves and yellow and red bell shaped, bird attracting flowers from mid-winter to summer. Originally from Kangaroo Island I am a naturally occurring cultivar. I am hardy and tolerant of a range of soils and conditions. I am a good choice for exposed locations and dry soils provided I receive adequate moisture until I am established. Small nectar feeding blooms are attracted to my blooms.
I am popular and will make you happy because...
I produce masses of red and yellow tubular flowers throughout summer and autumn
My blooms are a magnet for small nectar feeding birds
I am suitable for windy areas, coastal planting and a good choice for dry shady areas
