Cosmos Choca Mocha 180MM

Cosmos atrosanguineus 'Choca Mocha'

I am Cosmos Choca Mocha. My family originated from Mexico.

Habit Shrub - I smell like chocolate!

Plant family Asteraceae

I am a delightfully unique perennial prized for my deep velvety, chocolate-burgundy daisy flowers that carry an enchanting warm chocolate fragrance - a scent that stops garden visitors in their tracks. I bloom prolifically from spring through to autumn, producing a continuous display of rich, dark blooms that add drama and romance to any garden bed or container. I form a compact, bushy mound that suits cottage gardens, mixed borders and pot displays. My long flowering stems also make me a wonderful cut flower. Deadhead my spent blooms regularly to encourage continuous flowering. In cooler areas I go through a period of dormancy in winter.

I am popular and will make you happy because...
