Foxglove 'Pink Panther' 180MM

Digitalis purpurea 'Pink Panther'

I am Foxglove 'Pink Panther'. My family originated from Europe to Northern Africa.

Habit Shrub - Long Flowering

Plant family Plantaginaceae

Upright and stately I produce masses of brilliant pink bell shaped blooms around a central stem from late spring into summer. Each bloom is lined with small spots. My flower spike rises from the centre of broad green leaves radiating from the same central stem. I am a favourite in cottage style gardens. My upright habit makes a statement and introduces a vertical element to the garden. I work well as a feature plant, in a pot in borders and mass planted.

Caution: Harmful if eaten/skin & eye irritant

I am popular and will make you happy because...

My multibranched flower spikes produce hundreds of bright pink tubular blooms from late spring to autumn

My blooms are a magnet for birds, bees and beneficial insects

My upright habit creates a structural element in the garden and suits a variety of garden styles
