I am an attractive, easy-to-grow small shrub with tiny, fine leaves. During spring I am smothered in spikes of white-tipped, tubular, ruby-red flowers that bring vivid colour to the garden. I am an excellent small shrub for garden beds and borders, and when I am flowering my stems make long-lasting cut flowers for the vase. I am easy-care: water me in after planting until established, and irrigate during very dry spells. Prune my stems back after flowering to maintain my shape, and feed me with a complete fertiliser during the growing periods.
