I am a dense small native grevillea that flowers from autumn to spring with clusters of spider-like red and white flowers. Native birds are drawn to my blooms, especially little honeyeaters, so plant me where you can enjoy the birdlife. My leaves are soft and vivid green, and my compact size makes me ideal for small gardens, rockeries or large tubs. I am a low maintenance and frost hardy shrub. Water me regularly for my first 12 weeks or so, after which I tolerate dry periods, and feed me with a slow-release native fertiliser under 3% phosphorus when my buds form. I may cause skin irritation, so please wear gloves when planting me.
