Leucadendron Ebony 180MM

I am a stand-out Leucadendron that has striking dark red to purple foliage, which can create all-year contrast in the garden. My dark purple/charcoal coloured bracts are highlighted by vibrant red flowers tinged with green and yellow that appear in late winter to spring. My stunning blooms make an ideal cut flower to enjoy indoors. Due to my compact habit I am suitable for small gardens and in containers. I am particularly hardy and can tolerate dry conditions and light frosts once established. I perform at my best grown in well-drained soil in a full sun to part shade position. Prune me in late winter to early spring to encourage flowering.
