Mangave 180MM

Agave x Manfreda

I am Mangave. My family originated from Northern Mexico.

Habit Shrub - Low Maintenance

Plant family Asparagaceae

I am a fascinating range of succulent plants being the result of an intergeneric cross between the genus Manfreda and the genus Agave. I grow quickly but don't get too big making me a great choice for growing in containers. I am more moisture tolerant than most succulents. I come in a diverse and interesting range of colours and forms. I rarely flower but when I do it is from a tall central stem.

I am popular and will make you happy because...

I am a favourite for my architectural form and ease of care

I am a low maintenance plant, that resists extreme heat and tolerates harsh dry conditions

I am ideal to keep in pots or in or plant me out in garden beds
