I am a beautiful small growing native shrub that flowers for a long period through winter and spring. My deep pink buds open to soft pink and white star-shaped flowers, borne in pretty clusters all along my stems, which make a great cut flower to be enjoyed indoors. My foliage is aromatic too, adding another layer of interest. I adapt well to a wide range of environments, holding my own in a shrubbery, a pot, a courtyard or a coastal garden. I am drought resistant and easy-going about soil, tolerating everything from sandy to clay as long as it drains reasonably well. Prune me lightly after flowering to keep my shape neat, and I will reward you with another long season of blooms.
