Pittosporum Hole in One 180MM

Pittosporum tenuifolium 'HI01' Hole in One

I am Pittosporum Hole in One. My family originated from New Zealand.

Habit Shrub

Plant family Pittosporaceae

I am a vigorous grower, yet I stay very compact with a naturally rounded form, with minimal pruning and a maximum size of around 80cm x 80cm. I branch freely from the base to be bushy from ground level. My bright, variegated, mint-green glossy leaves are great at creating contrast in landscaping. My flowers are tiny and not a feature but release a honey scented fragrance particularly at night. Plant me tightly in a row 40 to 50 cm apart to create a low hedge requiring minimal maintenance.

I am popular and will make you happy because...

My compact habit and rounded form suits me to low hedges

I am frost and dry tolerant and grow in most soil types and conditions
