Creeping Thyme White 140MM

I am a trailing, low-growing herb with small, highly aromatic oval leaves that hug the ground and spread to form a dense, fragrant mat. In spring and summer, masses of tiny pure white flowers almost completely cover my foliage, creating a beautiful carpet of white that is as ornamental as it is fragrant. My aromatic leaves are edible and can be used fresh or dried to flavour soups, casseroles, stews and a wide range of other dishes. I am a wonderful dual-purpose plant for both the kitchen garden and the ornamental garden, and my flowers are a magnet for bees and other pollinators. I am ideal as a ground cover for sunny banks and borders, and I perform beautifully in containers. Prune me lightly after flowering if needed to maintain my shape.
