Welcome to Southern Plants

Southern Plants (SAP) is a 3^rd Generation Family Farm and one of the largest wholesale production nurseries in Australia

o   We grow quality trees, shrubs, grasses, flower plants and succulents in different size, but mostly in 140mm, 180mm and 200mm pots. We have a strong emphasis in growing Native Australian plants and Drought Tolerant Hardy plants.

o   SAP has been around for more than 75 years now. The nursery now, situated on 92 acres (38 hectares) was established at Nepean Highway, Dromana in September 1946, but it originally started as Instant Gardens Nursery and was a division of Gardenworld in Springvale Rd Keysborough at that time.

o   Our plants are available at leading Retail Garden Centres and Bunnings stores in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and ACT. We also serve the landscape industry with an extended list of plants available, including contract growing for specific projects. Unfortunately we do not sell direct to the public, sorry.
